Abos Draw Windygates in Scottish Cup

The Abos have been drawn at home against Fife side Windygates in the third round of the Fosters Scottish Amateur Cup. The Fife Amateur FA comprises three divisions – Premier, First and Second – and Windygates are currently mid-table in the First Division. They had a bye in the opening round of this season’s Scottish Amateur Cup and then enjoyed a 2-1 home win against Balerno Athletic of the Lothian and Edinburgh AFA in round two. The tie is likely to be played at Balgownie on Saturday 7th November.
